Parker's Park House

This was our 2nd listing on AirBnB. The house needed quite a bit of renovations and upgrading to get it to a state to be ready to be rented out. The bathroom and guest toilet are completely new and included 2 months of construction. It was such a pleasure to design the style and layout of the bathroom and guest toilet. Many hours of brainstorming and back and forth consultation with the contractor created the look and feel, that we hope enhances your Parker's Park House experience. We decided to add some modern touches which are reflected in the design of the lights throughout the house. It was also an honour to secure 2 Dion Cupido original art pieces, which are displayed on the walls in the living room.

One of my favourite features of the house is the view of the park from the living room. You can sit and relax on the comfy sofa and look out over the park and partial views of Table Mountain. We were tempted to raise the wall facing the park but the view is so serene and peaceful that it will be hard to recreate this view.

The house has burglar bars right round on all doors and windows with armed response and an alarm system. Of course after ones safety is good internet. The house comes with uncapped super fast fibre that can be connected to throughout the house even while sitting in the back garden. There is a smart TV with pre-loaded Netflix account that allows you to stay up to date with your favourite series.
