Parker's Park Lagoon is our 4th addition to the Parker's Park brand. Situated along the West Coast in Cape Town in Lagoon Beach with private access to the beach. The apartment is part of the Leisure Bay Hotel which has both hotel rooms and private accommodation.
We came across this little gem by pure accident. As we know during 2020 and now 2021 we have been in lock down, and it has been hard to book any holiday time out of the city let alone the country. My husband and I decided to book a staycation over New Year with an ocean view. We have always like the sunset along the West Coast and definitely wanted to invite the 2021 in with beautiful ocean views and magnificent sunsets. We found this apartment on Airbnb and booked it. Little did we know that the owner actually had it on the market for sale. So while enjoying the ocean and doing minor renovations we managed to turn it into Parker's Park Lagoon. The main renovations we had to do was to give the place a paint and add cupboards. The previous owners definitely went for the minimal effect. What you see now is a combination of the original design and a touch of Parker's Park.

Our Beautiful Modern 1 bedroom apartment is on the beach, 10 minutes drive from Cape Town city centre. Originally part of a hotel so it comes with all the necessities for a comfortable stay but with a personal touch. Our beach is midway between Cape Town Centre and Bloubergstrand. An amazing spot for surfing and long beach walks, the perfect holiday destination.

Guest Access Our apartment is on the first floor up a little flight of stairs. Guests can access the laundry, surrounding garden and pool area. Parking is situated behind a boomed entrance with security. Visitor parking available.
